By this judgement, the Court indicates that the first decision of the BIPT Council (decision of 24 May 2022), imposing a fine on Sewan for non-compliance with certain rules relating to the register of premium-rate numbers, is final in its entirety except for the amount of the fine.
By the same judgement, the Market Court pronounces on the second decision of the BIPT (decision of 4 July 2023), setting the new amount of the fine imposed on Sewan following the judgement of the Market Court of 8 March 2023.
It rejected the increase for aggravating circumstances and reduced the fine to its basic amount.
