BIPT has begun the review of the broadband and broadcasting markets. A final decision will be adopted after consultation with the sector and the institutions concerned (media regulators, Belgian Competition Authority and European Commission).
The regulatory framework currently in force for these markets is defined by the market analysis of 29 June 2018.
