Opinion of 12 December 2001 – 2002 BRUO

This opinion on the 2002 BRUO offer was supplemented by the additional opinion of 6 February 2002 on the provision of backhaul lines. Both were confirmed by the judgement of the Council of State of 26 January 2011 following appeals filed by Belgacom.
