Pursuant to Article 13 of the Digital Services Act (DSA) providers of intermediary services (as defined in Article 3 of the DSA) which do not have an establishment in the Union but which offer services in the Union must designate a legal or natural person to act as their legal representative in one of the Member States where the provider offers its services.
Intermediary services providers can use these forms to designate a representative, and to provide information on their services.
The completed forms must be sent to the BIPT using the email address dsa@bipt.be.
