In its judgement of 25 January 2023, the Market Court takes note of the withdrawal by Proximus of its action of 6 July 2022 following the judgement of the Court of Cassation of 11 February 2022 which quashed the judgement of the Market Court of 4 September 2019 dismissing the claims of Proximus regarding the fee for the year 2019 for the use of the radio spectrum in the 2.1 GHz frequency band.
