Decision of the Conference of Regulators of the electronic communications sector (CRC) of 25 march 2021 regarding the approval of Telenets wholesale offer for access to television services in the bilingual Brussels-Capital Region and broadband wholesale offer

This decision is an implementing measure of the decision of the CRC of 29 June 2018 on the analysis of broadband and television broadcasting as regards the part falling under BIPT’s competence and details the various operational obligations imposed by the CRC on cable operators (Brutélé, Voo SA and Telenet). There is a special focus on business services, the addition of own channels and the further development of new and existing SLAs and associated KPIs. In addition, there are several detailed technical and operational elements that BIPT elaborates on with the aim of stimulating competition on the Belgian telecom market. The wholesale services concerned are central access to cable networks (bitstream access) and access to the digital and analogue television offer of cable operators.
