The provisions of the preliminary draft act hereby submitted for public consultation at the request of the Minister of Telecommunications aim to amend several Acts:
- the Act of 21 March 1991 on the reform of certain economic public companies;
- the Act of 17 January 2003 on the status of the regulator of the Belgian postal and telecommunications sectors;
- the Act of 13 June 2005 on electronic communications.
For the other provisions of the preliminary draft act, identified by brackets, no public consultation is required.
