Are you dissatisfied with the quality of the network provided by your current operator?
This list also indicates the mobile network used by each operator. This saves you from experiencing again a possible coverage problem if the new operator you are thinking of choosing uses the same network as the operator you want to leave.
Thanks to the mobile coverage map published by the BIPT, you will be able to assess the coverage quality at your preferred connection location (your home, workplace, or daily railway line, for example).
Quality matters too!
Are you dissatisfied with your current operator’s service?
The BIPT quality barometer contains several indicators enabling you to better understand the quality of the operators’ operational service.
You can compare operators’ performance in terms of respecting the announced installation date, percentage of complaints regarding initial functioning and invoices, failures and malfunctions, repair time, customer service response time and percentage of problems solved on first contact.
But then… how to compare their rates?
By using the free simulator besttariff.be!
This regularly updated tool presents the different tariff plans in a transparent and comprehensive manner. It is easy to use: your consumption data (data, call minutes and/or SMS) can be entered automatically or manually..
Do all mobile operators have a point of sale?
Some operators may not have points of sale and require the consumer to purchase a subscription on the internet via the operator’s website.
