This decision concerns an update of the cost model for the “BRUO rental fee”. This model calculates the monthly cost of the copper pair and allows to set the tariffs for the total or partial unbundling of Belgacom’s copper network (BRUO).
On 10 November 2010, BIPT adopted a decision rectifying this decision.
On 29 June 2011, following an appeal lodged by Belgacom, the Brussels Court of Appeal partially annulled the corrected decision.
On 9 November 2011, BIPT adopted a renewal decision in order to rectify the elements annulled by the Court.
