Public consultation of the BIPT Council of 9 May 2019 on the extension of the user rights granted to Citymesh in the 3.5 GHz frequency band for the provision of electronic communications services on the Belgian territory

Citymesh asked BIPT to add the municipalities of Kortrijk to the current licence. The addition of Kortrijk to the list of municipalities falling under the existing user rights limits the possibilities for another potential candidate and can therefore not be accepted without a new allocation procedure.
