Communication of the BIPT Council of 25 January 2016 regarding the results of the Analysys Mason study on the value of the spectrum for public systems

The Institute hereby publishes the Analysys Mason study called “Study regarding the value of spectrum for mobile public systems” This study was started in September 2015. The Analysys Mason report contains recommendations for the frequency bands used for public mobile services, relating to the allocation mechanism, specific allocation options and the value of the spectrum
