BIPT has updated its maps of the fixed and mobile Internet access in Belgium and its telecommunications services quality barometer.
The fixed coverage maps, which are published with a higher degree of accuracy, enable the consumers and public authorities to monitor the fixed network development in Belgium.
The quality barometer is composed of several indicators relating to the operators’ operational efficiency.
It should enable consumers to compare the operators’ performance and to encourage the latter to improve the quality of their services.
